MEET THE FOUNDER

Doroteya Vladimirova is the founder of Resonance Centre and author of Business Evolved. Her work explores how organisations create value in relationship with Nature, Culture and the Future, drawing on more than fifteen years of research, teaching and advisory work.

  • Doroteya Vladimirova is the founder of Resonance Centre and author of Business Evolved: Seven Shifts to Resonance with Nature, Culture and the Future.
    For over fifteen years, her work has explored how organisations relate to the world — and how value is amplified through attunement with Nature, Culture and the Future.

    She is a Fellow at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), where she taught and supervised leaders across global industries, and previously served as Director of the Regenerative Business Models Programme.

    Doroteya advises international organisations, including the United Nations International Trade Centre, and sits on advisory boards shaping the future of relational business models and systemic evolution.
    Her earlier career spans international trade, manufacturing, foresight, and organisational transformation — forming the foundation for her research into resonance as a new paradigm for business.

    Her work synthesises academic depth, field experience, and a distinctive philosophical lens, culminating in the development of the Seven Resonance Qualities and the Resonance Instruments — a set of tools designed for Leaders, Founders, Strategists, Advisors and Educators shaping the next evolution of organisational life.
